A native of Danvers, MA, Kelly moved to Amesbury in 1993. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Salem State College in Salem, MA. Prior to entering the Real Estate world in 1996, Kelly worked as a private investigator.        

Kelly holds a Real Estate Broker's license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She holds the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), is certified in Professional Standards Education, and is a Notary Public serving the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kelly is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the Seacoast Board of Realtors (SBR), and 2005 President of the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors, where she still serves on the Board of Directors.

A native of Newburyport, Steve resides with his wife of 40 years, Linda. Together they have three adult children and five grandchildren. During the winter months Steve and Linda relax in Florida.

Steve is a retired Police Inspector with 34 years of service. From 1980-1990’s, Steve built and renovated homes in Newburyport. During the 1980’s, Steve owned and rented investment property. In 1993, Steve obtained his Real Estate sales licensed and is currently licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors (GNAR).

Al has 35 years experience in Engineering and Manufacturing. He is very active in the Newburyport community, serving three terms on the City Council and then a term as Mayor.
